China anyone? PART IDont tell me you have never wanted to at least look at how China is up and coming. Dont tell me that you dont want to see that great wall of China, climb its worn out steps, and revel in the scenery around you. Dont tell me you want to try their famous Bejing Roast Duck (Which is superb by the way). Dont tell me you dont want to see the forbidden city, the places where the emperors used to lived, the ways they had survive, to spread message. Dont tell me you dont want to see Mao Ze Dong picture plastered almost everywhere. Dont tell me that.Actually do, so i can convince you to get there whenever you can. By the way, if you like salty and oily stuff, you will think China is heaven. The food there is oh so salty and oh so oily. Day one of the china trip. Let's have some pictures first before i start on the commentary. (ok, no pictures for day one hahah) Wasnt that bad of a first start. Arrived almost at dinner time, and went to watch some show, featuring small children who have flexible bones, and can bend out of shape, guys who jump here and there, through small hoops, girls who balance glasses, flower pots, and even a small child using her mouth and a long stick, guys trying to show their chest strength, by showing that nothing can penetrate, not even a sharp spear, or a large sword can tear them apart. All in all, day one was pretty...well, like that. haha. Day two was waking up early, going to see some place, which i cant remember what it was actually, but suffice to say, the architecture was amazing. And there was more where that came from. Everyday we saw more and more interesting architecture, and especially long walks, since they dont build up, but build across, meaning that the buildings are at most 1 storey high, but well, that 1 storey can be our conventional 3 storeys high. So all of the architecture is spread across a huge spread of land, which resulted in long walks throughout. But it was good. The food on the other hand wasnt that all great. Too many vegetable dishes, and you should know i detest vegetables. Some of them anyways, but even then, the dishes look very unappealing. Still, there was rice, and soup, so i wont starve. Let's continue another day. Justin ranted at 2:20:00 am on the |
