i have come to a conclusionmy understanding of language is utterly inadequate. i write nonsense that never did make any sense, riding circles and never really getting to the point. even as i write this, the impending sense that whatever i am going to write is pretty much inadequate depresses me.still, please do go read Erasure, by Percival Everett. excellent language use, a very different story that hooks you, and well, it is pretty much a good book. i have come to a point where books are starting to bore me. they pretty much have the same structure, the same typical stories. thrillers used to intrigue me, but if the thriller is your usual, there is a problem, then there is something that happened, then a few chapters that explain it, then i would be hooked. if not, next please. hopefully, the next book i read will be as great.
